Tandem Villages NJ

Two Projects

Tandem Villages is a coordinated development strategy for two legally and financially separate projects serving different points on New Jersey’s housing continuum.

Pathway Village Westampton

Pathway Village is a nonprofit permanent supportive-housing concept for 15 adults who can live independently with coordinated support. Each resident would have a private home. The project’s service model, affordability requirements, public sources, charitable support and reporting remain within the nonprofit project.

New Jersey Cottages

New Jersey Cottages now includes a 4.5-acre prototype for 40 homes of approximately 600–800 square feet. Five eight-home clusters surround a central pavilion; a mix of detached cottages, duplexes and selected two-story homes reduces land consumption while preserving porches, gardens and residential variety. Parking remains at the perimeter so connected paths and shared greens form a pedestrian-first interior.

The plan is an illustrative test rather than a selected or approved development. Site control, final yield, tenure, engineering, financing and approvals remain to be completed.

One platform, clear boundaries

The projects can share design knowledge, professional expertise, procurement lessons, construction standards and operating systems. Ownership, collateral, accounts, restricted funds, services, approvals, underwriting and reporting must remain project-specific.
