Tandem Villages NJ

Separate projects. Shared learning. A broader housing response.

Tandem Villages is a coordination strategy, not a merger of ownership, financing or legal responsibility. Pathway Village Westampton and New Jersey Cottages remain separate projects.

Program availability, eligibility, financing, site control and approvals remain subject to agency, municipal, lender and legal review.
